- 59 to 50 days from arrival 15% penalty
- 49 to 40 days from arrival 20% penalty
- 39 to 30 days from arrival 30% penalty
- 29 to 20 days from arrival 40% penalty
- 19 to 10 days from arrival 50% penalty
- 9 to 5 days from arrival 60% penalty
- 4 to no show 100% penalty
