LESA - Lake Maggiore

LESA, in the province of Novara, is a small village overlooking the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore, a few kilometers from Stresa and the Borromean Gulf with its splendid Borromean Islands.

The charming town center offers many small shops and cafes, as well as a pleasant lakeside promenade, where you can enjoy a relaxing view of the lake and its islands.
Lesa hosted the famous writer and poet Alessandro Manzoni for a long time at Villa Stampa, and there is a small museum dedicated to him inside the villa.
