Terms and Conditions

Your registration is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Admission to the event is not linked to a chronological order and is at the discretion of the organization.
The required membership fee must be paid by the date indicated in the confirmation email. The consequence of non-payment will be the cancellation of your registration.
In case of cancellation, communicated by 1 May 2024 by email (the date of receipt will be authentic), you can get the total refund of the deposit, except 5€ as a refund of our expenses. If you give up after this date there will be no refund.
We reserve the right to change the program at any time.
By submitting the registration form you explicitly authorize us to process your personal data for the duration of the event for organizational purposes only.
You give us permission to take pictures and/or videos during the event and publish them online.
This is a private event organized by the association NOCITANDO ASD. The association cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. In case of the cancellation of the event, the association may not assume any liability for personal costs involved.
